Improve the quality of water and lengthen the water supply service duration to 24 hours per day in some parts and 12 hours per day in all parts of the system, and to completely meet demand, by the end of the Investment Program. Investments will consist of expansion and rehabilitation of existing distribution systems, reservoirs and machinery; replacement of “bunched” service connections and the old and leaking connections, installation of bulk and consumer meters, and programs to reduce unaccounted for water.
